MCC/Catamount is a joint venture composed of two companies:

MCC Construction Corporation (MCC)

Founded in 1984, MCC is a construction management firm specializing in IDIQ contracts for new construction, design-build delivery, repair, renovation and restoration projects for U.S. Government and other facilities nationwide. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with regional offices in Connecticut and Texas, MCC has held more than 85 multi-year IDIQ contracts with various government agencies and educational facilities including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, General Services Administration and U.S. Postal Service. These contracts represent more than a half billion dollars in completed and ongoing work.

Catamount Constructors, Inc. (Catamount)

Founded in 1997 and ranked in Engineering News-Record's list of national "Top 400 General Contractors" for five consecutive years, Catamount is a privately held commercial builder with offices in Denver, Colorado and Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia. Catamount provides contracting services to owners and developers nationwide with services that include general contracting, construction management, LEED construction, design-build, cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, scheduling and value engineering. Markets served include retail, hospitality, multi-family, faith-based, retail, LEED / sustainable, industrial, medical / corporate office, automotive and government.
