Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Projects | Nationwide

MCC/Catamount's strength and experience resulted in the award of nearly $90 million in design-build projects. These 12 LPOE facilities, located across the northern and southern borders of the United States, are being built for the Government Services Administration and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with varying completion dates between April and July 2011.

They entail specialized design to blend with the natural environment while accommodating strict security requirements. Each project demands our finely tuned scheduling and project management expertise to accommodate short building seasons in remote areas, many of which can have extreme weather conditions. Depending on the needs of each location, we provide multi-faceted solutions that mesh value engineering, energy conservation, sustainability and aesthetic design while meeting our customer's goals of safety, quality and timeliness.
